Dear Resident,
Charlotte-Mecklenburg Storm Water Services and
consulting engineers, W.K. Dickson, continue to work
on the Wiseman Storm Drainage Improvement Project.
Easement acquisition is complete and the final design
plans are under review.
The bid phase has begun. During this phase, the
final plans will be circulated to qualified contractors
for a competitive bidding process. By state law, the
lowest responsible bidder is awarded the construction
contract. The bid phase typically lasts 6 months.
