Dear Resident:
The Project Team is reviewing the preliminary
design plans submitted by Baker Engineering.
When the review is complete, Baker Engineering
will work with their sub-consultant to prepare
preliminary plats for City Real Estate to review. Once
the plats are finalized then easement acquisition
will occur. There will be a public meeting in late
spring or early summer of 2014 to discuss easement
acquisition with property owners. Over the next
several months, the Project Team will begin working
with State and Federal agencies to obtain the
necessary permits for water quality.
For more information, please visit our website:

Storm Water Projects drop down menu in the green
bar, then Active Projects and Hampton Avenue.
If you have any questions, please contact Project
Manager Danee McGee at 704-336-4102 or
