When the review is complete, Baker Engineering will work with their sub-consultant to prepare preliminary plats for City Real Estate to review. Once the plats are finalized then easement acquisition will occur. There will be a public meeting in late spring or early summer of 2014 to discuss easement acquisition with property owners. Over the next several months, the Project Team will begin working with State and Federal agencies to obtain the necessary permits for water quality.
