Scotland (1727 Scotland) is not in violation of the City’s Zoning Ordinance.

stored materials on the lot at 1727 Scotland. The contractor has been asked to provide a
screening plan.

employ the techniques and frequency discussed.
Sanitary Sewer Lines

Colville and will be determining cost and schedule.
Street after Construction
• Paving on Biltmore will take place after all the sewer repair and curb replacement is complete.
• Paving on Scotland near Colville is planned for the week of November 30, weather permitting,
and after channel work in the area is completed.
