PROBLEM:
How much replacement wiring is required on a fire/remodel
job?
SOLUTION:
FIRE: If the existing wiring met code at the time of
installation, none is required. All damaged wiring systems will
be replaced to meet current code.
REMODEL: If the existing wiring met code at the time of
installation, none is required. All new wiring shall meet
current code. Changes in wall or kitchen and bath cabinetry
lay out shall meet current code.
