Factors Affecting CSR Disclosure in Annual Reports of Companies

The aim of this paper is to determine the factors affecting corporate social responsibility disclosure in
the annual reports of companies listed in KLSE for the year 2012. The factors that are researched in
this study are size, profitability, leverage, type of industry, type of auditors of the company and if the
company is a member in the business network. This paper is presented as a work in progress.
