Hasibul Hasan, Taasin Ahmed Asadullah, Nadia Sultana Tarin and Israt Jahan This study is concerned with the job experiences of workers working in different restaurants in Dhaka city. A phenomenological investigation is undertaken for this purpose. A number of reputed restaurants operating in the city is selected in this regard. A semi-structured questionnaire is prepared, and interviews have been taken from a total of fifteen workers. The study demonstrates that there are a number of aspects that make them happy on their jobs. The findings of the study have implications for the restaurant managers. Suggestions for future works in this area have also been put forward. ___________________________________________________ Md.
