My achievements - I enjoyed our residential trip to Hexham and I did really well working
in a team. I am part of our jewellery enterprise group and I am great at making bracelets.
I was voted Vice Captain for our house ‘Clyde’ and was voted by my friends as ‘Gala Queen
2011’ all thanks to them!  I have received head teacher and star award certificates. I
played in the school netball team and we won 12-0! My uncle and cousin taught me how to

ride horses, called Rondo and Sammy. I enjoy spending time with my family, especially my
little brother. I helped at our Enterprise Day and at the MacMillan Coffee morning. I am
on the ECO committee and I helped with getting our first Green Flag by presenting
information to the assessors. I also share information from ECO meetings with my
classmates and at assemblies. In school I can work independently but I can also work with
others as part of a team and have had various roles in group work.
Literacy and English
Numeracy and mathematics
I love writing stories and I especially like
areas of my learning.
I enjoy maths - we do lots of fun things but we
learn at the same time. I can work
independently and in group activities. My work
is neatly presented. I am good at money,
measure and percentages. I can use multiplying,
dividing, adding, subtracting accurately and
appropriately. I used data handling in Science
to collect & analyse information and create
graphs. We discussed our work and put it on
display. I know that numeracy supports my
learning in other areas. In my transition test I
got 88%. I was pleased with this result as it
showed I could apply my maths

Across the Curriculum
I enjoy all aspects of PE and I play in the
school netball team. I go to after school clubs
and especially enjoyed dance classes. I feel
that I am a fit person and I try to eat
sensibly. We have explored lots of ways of
keeping ourselves safe including road safety
and drugs awareness. We attended Crucial
Crew in P7 which highlighted the importance
of keeping ourselves safe and resisting being
influenced by others. I get on well with my
family and friends and look forward to making
new friends when I go

I really enjoyed learning about the Tudors and
we used our technology skills to build a Tudor

loved out latest topic called Band Hero. We
have organised our own tour and inproved our
co odination on the Wii. I love using ICT and I
feel am skilled in this area. It helps me in all
my learning. I love science and especially
experiements – we have made windmills, pit fall
traps an model volcanoes, I am a respectful
person and try to always

imaginative work. We did a set of work called
Ghost Writer. I can write in paragraphs and
chapters and my punctuation and spelling are
generally accurate. I always try to make sure my
writing is interesting for the reader. We self and
peer assess our work. I LOVE talking but I also
know it is important to listen to others! I have
talked at class and whole school presentations and
we designed our own assembly about R Dahl novels.
I read novels in school but also read widely to get
information about other subjects like Science and
topic. I know that my Literacy skills help me in all
