Chartis to Hold First in Series of Private & Non-Profit Management Liability
Market Trends Seminars on April 5, 2011 in Seattle
NEW YORK – March 30, 2011 – Chartis today announced that the first installment of its management
liability market trends seminars, “Private Company & Non-Profit Management Liability Risks: Perception
or Reality,” will be held on April 5, 2011 in Seattle.
This is the first seminar of a series of six that will run throughout April 2011. Hosted by the Executive
Liability division, the seminars will feature a panel of leading national law firms who will address
emerging issues and exposures faced by private companies and non-profit organizations. Panel speakers
at the Seattle event will include Everett Jack of Davis Wright Tremaine LLP, David Navetta of Information
Law Group, Anthony Santoro of Chartis, Lynn Sarko of Keller Rohrback, and James Stoetzer of Lane
Powell PC. John Gambale, President of the Private Company and Non-Profit Division of Executive
Liability, will serve as moderator.
The event will also feature Reputation Partners, a nationally renowned crisis communications and public
relations consultant, who will provide case studies of solutions implemented by private companies and
non-profit organizations to mitigate reputational damage risk and manage crises in the face of
management liability exposures.
