NURSING SCIENCE AND HEALTH-CARE LEADERSHIP GRADUATE DEGREE PROGRAM MASTER OF SCIENCE DEGREE PROGRAM Nurse Practitioner and Physician Assistant Dual Track THE GRADUATES OF THE M.S. — NURSE PRACTITIONER AND PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT DUAL TRACK DEGREE PROGRAM are prepared to deliver care as nurse practitioners as well as physician assistants, with an emphasis on providing primary care to underserved populations throughout California as members of health-care teams. Students in this track must first be accepted into the M.S. – Nurse Practitioner degree program before determining their dual track eligibility in conjunction with a graduate adviser.
