Financial Leadership Program Intern – Mobility Reporting and Planning
 Automated recurring reporting requested by non-finance personnel. Constructed excel package to pull data directly from
database and break workbook into individual reports. Reduced time spent by 4 hours per month on data requests.
 Partnered with finance directors in redesign of monthly forecasting process, encompassing $70B in annual revenues. Process
will replace over 20 manual spreadsheet models with submissions directly into database. Designed submission template,
outlined new forecasting workflow, and created instructions for 15 groups.

Financial Operations Manager (2013- 2014)
 Collaborated with business unit leaders to construct and maintain financial forecasts for ten business units, including
submission of official forecasts for quarterly, company-wide meetings centered on financial results.
 Managed implementation and integration of a cloud based, automated accounts payable system. Communicated with
implementation vendor, tested requirements, created internal training manual, and hosted internal end user training for over
30 employees. Resulted in more efficient accounts payable workflow and increased accountability of expense approvers.
 Partnered directly with CFO on development of a business intelligence solution to standardize all financial and key
performance indicator reporting; increased analytics usage by 50% and eliminated manual reporting.
