Review Agenda/action items—
a. Done: IT list in Admin Services Managers file on O drive. All Admin Services
Managers have access to this file.
i. ASM subcommittee to meet quarterly—next meeting date?
ii. Managers to review IT priorities spreadsheet for follow up
b. Done: Thank you email to those who worked on 7/29/11—8/5/11, Joe
c. Done: Bookstore business plan to ASM managers
d. Logon to smart sheet to update for Admin Services—to do
e. Emergency Prep training for IT dept—date?
III.
IT Priorities List review
Subcommittee co-chairs: Graciano and Joe.
Craig updated the smart sheet after 7/12/11. Adding new projects requires filling
out a tech process request form online—there will be a flex workshop on this
topic. The subcommittee will determine the priority—A, B, C
College-wide projects across components need a sponsor.
