This item is up for discussion and possible action regarding our stance on the Sustainability Resolution and amending
our agreement to instead of using the word “Cease” to instead use “gradually implementing a stop to” within the
resolution we agreed to. Some of us failed to read it thoroughly and are now realizing impact it is having towards
organizing student events. The main concern with this is on the purchasing of plastic bottled beverages and the lack
of cost-effective options. All of us wish to continue on becoming a more sustainable campus now and in the future.
