Anna Magnusson – writer, broadcaster and radio producer During her 21 years at BBC Scotland, Anna Magnusson produced radio programmes across many different genres, including documentaries on religion and ethics. From 2004 to 2009 she was Senior Producer of Radio Religion. She is a regular broadcaster on Radio 4’s Prayer for the Day, and was the producer of Radio Scotland’s Thought for the Day for many years. Anna has won several radio awards, including the Sanford St Martin award for Religious Broadcasting for the ‘Feiry Trial’, a programme about the mother of Marie Wilson, who was killed in the Enniskillen bombing, and the Andrew Cross award for Northern Light, a series about Icelandic spirituality. She is the author of two books, Quarriers Village, the history of Quarriers Homes and The Sky’s the Limit, a biography of Vicky Jack, the first Scot to climb the Seven Summits.
