Dr. Nizam Uddin Ahmed, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Ethics Advanced Technology Ltd (EATL). He is a senior management and public health professional with over 20 years’ experience in different cross‐cultural settings. His organization serves a variety of government and non‐government health institutions, community based programs with NGOs, public health programs with state of the art ICT solutions that guide in the implementation, monitoring and evaluation for maximum impact. His expertise includes strategic planning, program development, Monitoring & Evaluation, Human Resources management, Client relationship and marketing for business plan and resource mobilization. Dr. Ahmad, himself a dedicated, results‐driven health & development professional, has led numerous project health & development teams at national and international levels with international NGOs, UN Agencies, bilateral donors & private sector, both in his native Bangladesh and as project leader in other countries in South and Central Asia and USA. Dr. Ahmad’s extensive experiences include the guiding and oversight of various health projects with multi‐lateral and bilateral donor organizations including USAID, Global Fund, DFID, The Gates Foundation, UN agencies/WHO, World Bank, private donors and various governments directly. Dr. Ahmad’s specific country project management and technical Assistance (TA) include Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Myanmar, Nepal, Pakistan and Uzbekistan and some African nations as well. He has strong experiences in ICT and utilized its tools in Health sector programs, other development & business sector, Research & Development and representation of organization with particular focus on in ICT, Health, Population, Nutrition and HIV/AIDS. He is instrumental in mHealth and mobile apps for health & development services and conducting innovation search with brightest talents in Bangladesh in collaboration with Government, NGOs, Private sector and Academic institutions. Prior to this, He was working as Director HIV/AIDS and South Asia Program Advisor with Save the Children USA. Dr. Ahmed also worked as Director of Health sector in Bangladesh, various positions with CARE International and UNDP. He also worked in oversees as Program Director for Counterpart International in Child Survival Program (CSP) in Uzbekistan. He is a member of many Policy making forums and networks that support programs in Bangladesh, Asia and globally.
