Eligibility: Must be working at a DPW licensed/regulated facility associated with the NW Key Region which includes
Armstrong, Blair, Cambria, Cameron, Centre, Clarion, Clearfield, Clinton, Crawford, Elk, Erie, Forest, Indiana,
Jefferson, Lawrence, McKean, Mercer, Potter, Venango and Warren counties. Participants must validate themselves
on the PA Key Intranet website before enrolling.

NW Key Funded Program Fee: Fall 2015-Spring 2016 Offerings $7.00 fee for two hours, $14.00 fee for
3-4 hours, and $21.00 fee for 5-6 hours professional development activities.
