How to use TUCO
 Find language on left-hand side – click German
 Click on TUCO icon
 Press alt+return for full screen.
 Choose module by typing letter
 Choose Grammar topic by typing in letter
 Follow instructions
 Note: use capital and small letters, Umlauts, Eszett as shown at the
bottom of screen.
How to use Gapmaster
 Find language on left-hand side – click German
 Click on Gapmaster icon
 Open file
 Click on Elisabeth
 Click on the level of your choice
 Click on the exercise of your choice
 Exploratory mode gives answer immediately where as in examination
mode it is only possible to check answers at the end of the exercise.
 Read the introduction and then click ok
 Click on the flag (start of activity)
 Write answers in the space provided, press enter and position cursor on
next diamond.
NOTE: To mix foreign character sets hold down the ALT key, type its ASCII
code on the numeric keypad only and release the ALT key.
