ITEM 9: NORTH NORFOLK PATHFINDER – HAPPISBURGH CLIFF TOP ENHANCEMENT AND
INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECT
DECISION
1. To give approval to proceed with the proposed scheme for the development of a
replacement car park, new public lavatories, new beach access ramp, public open space
and environmental enhancements.
2. That the land purchases proceed (subject to planning consent) for the land identified in
the report under the scheme of delegation.
