Felicia volunteered in absence to co-ordinate. Relationship of projects within the Global History Centre DISCUSSION about how to disseminate and share information between the various projects which come under the wing of the Global History Centre. Many share same specialists, and need to avoid lack of co-ordination between projects. How do we achieve this? Create pages for each group on the INTRANET to assist planning of meetings and events Possible to make resources page only accessible to each group Importance of Website for public face of the project & Intranet as a working 'tool' Should the Trading Eurasia Project use Facebook as a means of communication? Problem of multiple e-mails, unread e-mails and confusion about who needs to know what, without overload.
