In exercise of the powers confe:-red by section 46 read

with section 2 of the Police Act, 1861 (5 of 1861) and sub- section (4) of

Governor, Himachal Pradesh is pleased to make the following rules further to
amend the Punjab Police Rules 1934, in their application to the State of
Himachal Pradesh, namely :Short title and
