Wide Format Scanner
1. Turn scanner on by pushing the red triangle/circle button.
2. Log on to the Libuser profile, no password is required.
3. Click on the SmartWorks Pro icon to open the scanning program.
4. Select “Scan and Copy” from the drop down menu under the green square.
5. Use settings on the left side to choose scanning and saving preferences.

6. Select the flash drive as the scan folder by hovering over the folder box and clicking
“…”
7. Load map into the scanner face up. The scanner will take the map automatically.
8. Click the green square to start the scan.
Note: it is normal for the scanner to pause during scan.

9. Edit scan if necessary, using the functions that appear on the right side of the
software.
10. Save the file.
