[Guidance:

If your report is not a summary of a Committee meeting, please use the ‘General’ Senate report template.

Please left justify the text, use Arial 11 and single line spacing. Reports should be as brief as is feasible and should be no more than four sides of A4. The Assistant Registrar (Governance) supporting the meeting of the Council will assign and type in the report and agendum numbers when they receive your final report.

Please also send the electronic copy of the minutes for the meeting(s) of the Committee to which this report relates to senate@warwick.ac.uk

when you submit the report so that should any detailed questions get raised in the meeting, the Secretary has a copy of your original minutes to hand.

The final electronic version will have paper and agenda numbers assigned and inserted, and then be returned to you for the preparation and return of 25 double sided, stapled copies (in colour only if necessary), plus one single sided copy.

Any questions, please email senatel@warwick.ac.uk
