Audition dates set for ‘Our Town’ production
The Cameron University Department of Music and Theatre Arts will hold open auditions for Our Town. The
auditions will take place at 7 p.m., Monday, March 7, and Tuesday, March 8, in CU’s Studio Theatre,
located inside the University Theatre at 27th and A Avenue in Lawton.
Various roles are available for this production, including an actor that portrays an 11-year-old child. Scripts
can be obtained prior to auditions with a deposit of $10. College credit is available for CU students.
Our Town is Thornton Wilder’s Pulitzer-Prize-winning play, which tells a story that revolves around the life
and happenings of a New Hampshire village.
CU’s department of music and theatre arts production of Our Town is the fourth and final play for the 20042005 season and is scheduled to open April 14.
