Cameron University has awarded 13 Regents University Baccalaureate Scholarships to students from
Southwest Oklahoma.
“We are pleased that these outstanding young people have chosen Cameron University to fulfill their educational goals, and we take pride in awarding them this prestigious scholarship,” said CU president
Cindy Ross in announcing the list of recipients.
The Regents University Baccalaureate Scholarship is partially funded by the Oklahoma State Regents for
Higher Education and is valued at $6,750 per year for four years. To receive the award, students must be residents of Oklahoma, have an ACT score of at least 30, or have been named National Merit Semi-finalists or National Merit Commended students.
Cameron students who have been named Regents University Baccalaureate Scholars include:
Bray: Crystal Kreiger.
Cache: Gareth Jester.
Lawton: Jason Caha, Deanne Caples, Kimberly Dow, John Goode, Breanna Mayo, Rebecca Moore,
James O’Doherty, Ryan Ragsdale, Caresse Rosen, Sarah Thomas and Amanda Trankovich.
