There is no direct relationship to the customer service organization. Hierarchal - tree structure Includes G&E Measurement Engineering, Direct Access & Mtr Info (TMMS), Mtr. Info./Support (MSS), G&E Meter Plant (GEMSS), Advanced Mtring Support (AMSS) Rev Assurance. Mgr reports to Dir.Dis/Mtr Svc, Sr. Dir of Mtr Svc then up to Sr.VP Cust Svc & Rev Meter Reading & Customer Service Reports to 1 Director Meter Service Division reports directly to VP of Customer Care Meter Services is for the most part performed by company FSR's and reports through Operations. Other Customer Support Services are performed by an outsourced service provider. Meter Services is in the Customer Service Bus. Unit. Field activities include meter reading, field services, rev protection, meter engineering, installation and remova of complex meters and equipment including transformers, meter testing and maintenance Meter Services is w ithin the Pow er Delivery Organization and has a Service Level Agreement w ith Customer Services. Meter Services report through the Transmission and Distribution Operations. Customer Service reports through Accounting. Meter shop organizationally reports to the T&D business. From a process perspective, they support Customer Service. Meter Shop reports to the Delivery Electric and Gas Distribution Dept. Metering is in Operations w hich is a separate organization to Customer Service. Metering Operations is w ithin Distribution Operations as a result of the technical nature of dept. This dept interacts w ith Meter Reading and Field Services, Billing, Customer Care Center and other Customer Services depts & provides tech serv. support Metering Services is a function w ithin Customer Service. It entails everything from meter reading to complex meter w ork including collections. NO RELATIONSHIP.
