He is a former Assistant District Attorney in Cleveland County and managed his own law practice specializing in civil rights, criminal defense, and general litigation. Mr. Henderson is a native Oklahoma born and raised in Enid, and graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Oklahoma with degrees in Political Science and Letters in 2003. He earned a Juris Doctorate from the OU School of Law three years later. He now lives in Oklahoma City with his family and is an active member of St. Luke’s United Methodist Church, President of theOklahoma Lawyer’s Chapter of the American Constitution Society, and a member of both Phi Beta Kappa and Eta Sigma Phi.
