Using Logger Pro with Word Copying a Graph to Word: 1. The graph must be visible in Logger Pro. 2. Select the graph you want to copy into Word. 3. Select Copy from the Edit menu to copy the graph to the clipboard, or right click on the graph and select Copy. 4. If the receiving document is already open, switch to it and move the cursor to the appropriate location. If not, open Word and move the cursor to the appropriate location. 5. In Word, select Paste from the Edit menu or click on the Paste button. Copying the Entire LoggerPro Screen into Word and then Cropping: 1. Make sure that LoggerPro is maximized to the full screen. 2. Press the Print Screen button on your keyboard. 3. If the receiving document is already open, switch to it and move the cursor to the appropriate location. If not, open Word and move the cursor to the appropriate location. 4. In Word, select Paste from the Edit menu or click on the Paste button. 5. Click on the picture to open it. The Picture Toolbar should appear. If it does not, select Toolbars from the View menu and then select the Picture Toolbar. Crop Button 6. Select the Crop button. Crop the picture to show just the LoggerPro screen or any part of the screen you need. Inserting an Equation into Word: 1. Open Word and move the cursor to the appropriate location. 2. Select Object from the Insert menu. Then select Microsoft Equation 3.0. If Microsoft Equation 3.0 is not an option you may need to install it from your original Microsoft Word disks.
