ab77424 was purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen
affinity chromatography using the immunising peptide.

Application notes
Peptide ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1/16000.
WB: Preliminary experiments gave an approx 80kDa band in Human Muscle lysates after 1µg/ml
antibody staining. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the
band we observe given the calculated size of 130kDa according to NP_002709.2 and of
1
61.1kDa according to NP_871626.1. The 80kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation
with the immunising peptide.
Not yet tested in other applications.
Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.

might direct the localization of the catalytic enzyme to a particular subcellular compartment.
