NOTICE TO PROPOSERS: THIS ADDENDUM SHALL BECOME PART OF THE RFP, AND PROPOSERS SHALL ACKNOWLEDGE, IN
WRITING, RECEIPT AND INCORPORATION OF ALL ADDENDA AND CLARIFICATIONS IN THEIR RESPONSE. FAILURE OF THE
PROPOSER TO RECEIVE ADDENDA SHALL NOT RELIEVE THE PROPOSER FROM ANY OBLIGATION UNDER ITS BID AS SUBMITTED.
THE BIDDER SHALL IDENTIFY AND LIST IN ITS PROPOSAL ALL ADDENDA RECEIVED AND INCLUDED IN ITS PROPOSAL; FAILURE TO
DO SO MAY BE ASSERTED BY THE DISTRICT AS A BASIS FOR DETERMINING THE PROPOSAL NON-RESPONSIVE.

Question
Do you have an idea roughly of how many machines LACCD will be
replacing?
LACCD Response
The District currently has a fleet of over 750 copier devices at
the nine colleges plus the satellite locations ranging from
small walk-ups to high volume production printers. It is
anticipated that the vast majority of these devices will need to
be replaced over the next three years. This statement is not
to be interpreted as a guarantee of a certain volume of
business, but to communicate the District’s current
understanding of its needs. This understanding may evolve
over time.
