Applicants whose first language is not English must have obtained a valid certificate (no more than two years old), which may be either IELTS with a score of at least 6.0 and not less than 5.5 in any component or the Internet Based TOEFL (iBT) with a score of at least 87 and not less than 20 in listening and reading, 21 in writing and 22 in speaking.
