Senior Technical Support Specialist & Technology Coordinator, June 2008 – Present.
Coordinate the use of computer technology in the classrooms and laboratories in the College of Letters and Science. Provide
technical consulting services for end users along with managing the College Support Team. Services provided include
workstation support, laboratory and classroom equipment support, and department server administration, development of scripts
and web applications, grant review and preparation of equipment budgets.
Senior Technical Support Specialist, July 2005 – June008.
Provide technical consulting services and end user support for faculty, staff, and students in the Departments of Geography &
Geology and Mathematics & Computer Information Systems. Services provided include workstation support (includes software
installation, workstation troubleshooting, workstation configuration, and user education), laboratory computer equipment support,
department server administration (includes installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows servers) and development of

oversaw the preparation of reports for approximately 15 remediation projects. Also assist with computer network administration
in the Onalaska branch office of Fluid Management. Duties included installation of new software/hardware, troubleshooting
network problems, and instructing new employees on use of the company’s network/software.

Prepared reports, analyzed geologic and hydraulic data, conducted pilot tests, oversaw soil excavations, coordinated fieldwork,
and assisted with computer network administration in the Onalaska branch office of Fluid Management.

Collected soil, groundwater, and remediation systems samples; oversaw drilling activities and monitoring well construction;
prepared routine reports; and interpreted geologic and hydraulic data.
