Enter PV email username and password to Login Ecourse on the upper right hand screen.
You will see the screen below. Double click on a Fall 2014 Course and you will see the screen below.

Part 1: Clear the page of unwanted default information.
In this section you will clear your course page.
1.
Clear the screen by clicking on Turn Editing On in the upper right hand corner as shown
below.
2. Double click on the edit summary button
3. Select the information to be deleted as shown below, then press the delete key on your
keyboard and click on the save changes button
The screen will become clear as below.

4. To delete the other instructions, on the right hand side of the screen select Edit, then click
Delete in the drop box .
5. Click OK.
6. Repeat the previous step to remove the unwanted information below.

Part 2: Setting up Ecourse
In this section you will set up the format of your course.
1. On the left side of the screen, go to the Administration block and double click on Edit Settings.
2. Set the course start date as shown below.

3. Expand Course Format by clicking on it and select Weekly format from the drop down box.
4. Set number of sections to 16.

Part 3: Adding Content to Ecourse
For this section you will need your course syllabus.
In this section you will add your course syllabus, topics and assignments.
At this point the screen should appear as shown below
.
1. Insert title of course, by clicking Turn editing on in the upper right hand corner.
2. Click on the Edit summary button.

3. Type in the title of courses as shown in box below. Click on the Toolbar Toggle button
to change fonts, spacing , etc.
4. Click the save changes button

Insert Syllabus
File can be dragged and dropped directly from the computer or desktop.
5. Drag and drop syllabus from the computer. Open the file on your computer and drag to
Ecourse as shown below.

6. Edit title of the file by clicking on the edit
when you finish typing.
and typing the word Syllabus. Press enter
