1. Are there well-identified situations where a COR might not have to go to Tech Review
and/or Curriculum?
The general consensus was that no, there were no well-identified situations where a COR may
not have to go to Tech Review and/or Curriculum. Sharyn Eveland did point out that textbook
changes do not have to go through Curriculum.
2. Use of the Textbook Adoption Request form when adding/updating the textbook on
the COR.
This item was removed from the agenda as clarification from Bill Norris from the Bookstore was
received prior to the meeting.
IV. NEXT TECHNICAL REVIEW MEETING
The next meeting of the Technical Review Committee will be held Tuesday, October 29, 2013,
pending proposed agenda items.
V. NEXT CURRICULUM AND GENERAL EDUCATION COMMITTEE MEETING
The next Curriculum and General Education Committee meeting is Wednesday November 13th
from 12-1pm in SCI-11. The day and location change is due the regular Curriculum and General
Education meeting falling on the Veteran’s Day holiday.
