New company welcomed as Trilithic Network Services
Strategic acquisition of managed network security provider expected
to accelerate innovation; provision of security solutions by telecommunications leader
INDIANAPOLIS (July 22, 2008) – Trilithic Inc. announced today that it has acquired Online Security Service,
an expert provider of managed Internet security solutions based in Cooper City, Florida.

Trilithic Network Services will retain the management team of Kevin and Gary Windle, the brothers that cofounded the company in 1989. Kevin Windle will act as Director of Business Development. Gary Windle has
been named Director of Operations. The professional support and technical staff that has helped drive the
astonishing growth of the company will also remain, joining over 150 business associates in Trilithic companies
around the world.
