We were founded in 2006 and have been developing innovative solutions to modern data challenges ever since. We are the authors of CXAIR, a search-powered business analytics and warehousing solution. Our extensive experience in analytics and search technology has enabled us to deliver software solutions to a variety of industries, particularly the health sector and local authorities. These include NHS Foundation Trusts, Community Interest Companies, Primary Care Providers as well as US and Canadian triage services and call centres. Connexica are a Crown Commercial Service Supplier and are available on the G-Cloud framework for public sector organisations. For the Customer We host an annual conference specifically for our health users, allowing us to keep up to date on the needs and requirements of the modern healthcare professional and providing our users with our product roadmap and demonstrations of new functionality. Connexica have a dedicated support team who are happy to provide advice and guidance in addition to our team of highly trained consultants. We also supply FAQs, User Guides and Tutorial Videos in our online knowledge base to ensure our users are fully equipped to gain the most insight from their data. Meet the management team Richard Lewis – Managing Director - Before founding Connexica, Richard previously worked at AT&T labs where he developed enterprise scale distributed database and application servers for AT&T Global Services. In 2001 he moved to Ardentia as the CTO. Within this role, Richard was responsible for the development of BI and Data Warehouse products. These products are now used in over 100 NHS organisations as well as providing analysis and extract services for the National Program of IT. Kevin Strachan – Operations Director - Kevin joined Connexica from Ardentia Ltd where he was head of Quality Assurance for their BI and Data Warehouse toolset used extensively within the NHS and as part of the National Program for IT. Since joining Connexica, Kevin has been involved in a number of International implementations in UAE, US and throughout Europe. Kevin is now responsible for the delivery, support and QA of all Connexica products and services. Michael Streeton – Technical Director - Michael has over 25 years of experience in Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence and gained his reputation as an expert BI Consultant, Database Analyst, Developer and Software Architect. Michael joined Richard at Ardentia in 2004 from leading Systems Integrator CACI and was made responsible for the development of their latest product, NetSearch, which later became CXAIR. Mike is now responsible for architecting all Connexica solutions. Greg Richards – Sales and Marketing Director - Greg has been involved in the delivery of Business Intelligence and other software solutions since 1999 and has worked across the Financial Services, Insurance and Health Sectors. His previous role was leading the provision of Business Intelligence and Application Delivery within SwissRe UK, the second largest global reinsurer. Greg is responsible for the Sales & Marketing strategy within Connexica and continuing the development of the partner community into new territories alongside existing marketplaces. Gary Luke – Commercial Director - Gary Luke joined Connexica as Commercial Director in April 2015. Gary has worked in the Healthcare IT sector for his entire career, both directly for the NHS or for suppliers such as AT&T, HBOC and McKesson. His previous role was MD of Ardentia Ltd. Gary supports Connexica through managing the commercial aspects of the business and helping to forge new strategic relationships.
