SAFE CONNECT GUEST USERS INSTRUCTIONS
Guest User
**READ INSTRUCTIONS ALL THE WAY THROUGH**
Connecting to the PVAMU Wireless Network
1.
Click on the Wireless networks icon located on your task bar next to your volume control

Click SSID pvamu-guest
Check the Connect automatically button
Click the Connect button
Accept the Disclaimer by clicking on the check box and then click accept.

Wait a few minutes for the network connection to establish then open a web browser and attempt to
navigate to any web page. You should be greeted with a Guest registration page:

You may then register as a guest using your phone number and email address and a text will be sent to
your phone with your password and username (same as email you used to register).
Retrieve the text message and then login in with the username and password texted to your phone and
then accept the acceptable use policy as shown in picture 1 above.
