component, the iBOT™. iBOTs are intelligent, wireless

Perfect Pick is based on the proven, patented technology of
the OPEX Mail Matrix™ which debuted in 2007. The energy
efficient iBOTs navigate along the track integrated within
the racking system, storing and retrieving totes/trays and
delivering them directly to the picking station at one or both

operator to choose the required items from the tote/tray and to place them in the appropriate order boxes. When the operator
indicates the final pick is complete, the software releases the current tote and the next tote is immediately placed in position for the
next picking sequence.

Ergonomic Design: Perfect Pick’s iBOTs follow a geared track system integrated into the storage rack. The vertical runs at the ends of
the aisle form a bumpout configuration that tilts the iBOTs toward the picker for enhanced operator comfort while picking or stocking.
