15-1946 – Theft/Criminal Mischief – Bayou Oaks Apartments – 11/20/15 0859 hours – Officer
Nino – A UH staff member reported that a fire extinguisher was discharged in a townhouse by
an unknown person. A UH student resident reported that his laptop computer was stolen
during the same episode. The incident occurred between 0000 hours and 0859 hours, on
11/20/15. The case is Active.
15-1950 – Possession of Drug Paraphernalia/Possession of Marihuana – Lot 20C – 11/20/15
2143 hours – Officer Sterling – An unaffiliated individual was arrested for Possession of Drug
Paraphernalia. The individual was transported and released to the Harris County Jail. The
individual was issued a Campus Wide Criminal Trespass Warning. The Possession of
Marihuana charge was declined by the Harris County District Attorney’s office. The incident
occurred between 2130 hours and 2143 hours. The case is Cleared by Adult Arrest.
