The following PACE Classes are NOT needed for the AS-T in Business Administration:
Math 53, Psychology 1, 5, 33, Sociology 1, 4
Math Course Progression
Take Math classes according to your Math eligibility. These math courses are not offered in PACE except for Psych 5
(which is acceptable to CSUEB but not currently to Chabot for the AS-T in Business Admin).
CSUEB requires Math 43 or Psych 5, and Math 15(which has a prerequisite of Math 31) for this major.
Students who prefer to take PACE’s Math 53 will need to re-assess for eligibility into Math 31

Note: Upper Division Business Major courses must be taken within 10 years of graduation at CSUEB
 Business 1A (has a strongly recommended Bus 7 prerequisite), Bus 1B, Bus 10
 Economics 1 & Econ 2 (prerequisite: Math 54/55+ strongly recom. eligibility. for English 1A)
 List A: choose one class for 3-5 units: Math 43 (Intro to Probability & Statistics, prereq:
Math 55); Math 33 (Finite Math, prereq: Math 55); or Math 1 (Calculus 1, prereq: Math
20) or Math 15 (Applied Calculus, prereq: Math 31 or 20)
 List B: choose two classes for 6-8 units from the following: 1) one additional course
from List A, 2) Bus 12, 3) CAS 50 or Comp Sci 8
