Unable to Attend?

Cancellations received in writing up to six business days prior
to the event will be given a full refund. Cancellations received
in writing between three to five business days prior to the event
will be given a full refund less 50% + HST per registration
processing fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations
received less than two business days prior to the event.
Substitutions are welcome. The Ontario Hospital Association
reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a event.
