Officer Macias detained a non-student after a dispatch call for service
involving the non-student pilfering in the dumpster near the Student Union
Building. The non-student has a criminal history for theft. The non-student
was criminally trespassed from all Texas Tech University property. See
incident# 09-0899.

Officer Digby issued a citation to a student for driving under the influence of
alcohol by a minor and possession of alcohol by a minor after an observed
traffic violation in the 2600 block of 4th Street. Another student was issued a
citation for consumption of alcohol by a minor and possession of alcohol by a
minor. See offense report# 09-0900.
