TTPD
A Texas Tech Officer arrested a non-student for driving while license invalid,
which occurred in the 5800 block of 4th Street, following a welfare check on a
vehicle that was stopped in a lane of traffic. The non-student was transported
to the Lubbock County Jail. The non-student’s vehicle was released to the
passenger. See offense report # 14-0849.
