Officer J. Patterson arrested a student for evading arrest and detention in a
motor vehicle, and for outstanding Lubbock County Sheriff Department
warrants after an observed traffic violation at Broadway Street and University
Avenue. The student was transported to the Lubbock County Jail. The vehicle
was inventoried and impounded by Lubbock Wrecker Services. See offense
report # 09-0815.
