criminal instrument, following a bicycle theft in progress in the Z3E parking
lot. The non-student was transported to the Lubbock County Jail. See offense

A Texas Tech Officer arrested a non-student driver for driving while
intoxicated and possession of marijuana, which occurred in the 1800 block of
University Avenue. A non-student passenger was issued a Lubbock County
citation for consumption of alcohol by a minor and released. The non-student
driver was transported to the Lubbock County Jail. The vehicle was
impounded by Lubbock Wrecker Service. See offense report # 13-0846.
