A Texas Tech Officer arrested a non-student for possession of marijuana
following a report of a suspicious person in the Health Sciences Center A-3
parking lot. The non-student was also issued a criminal trespass warning for
all Texas Tech University and Health Sciences Center property. The nonstudent was transported to the Lubbock County Jail. The vehicle was released
to the spouse. See offense report # 13-0256.
