A Texas Tech Officer documented a medical, which occurred at the Student
Recreation Center. A student suffered a dislocated elbow and was transported
to the University Medical Center Emergency Room by Emergency Medical
Services. See incident report #13-0063.
A Texas Tech Officer arrested a non-student for a TCIC warrant from Dallas
County and for driving while license invalid following a traffic stop in the
4300 block of 4th Street. A non-student passenger was also arrested for a
Lubbock County warrant. Both non-students were transported to the Lubbock
County Jail. The vehicle was released to a responsible person. See offense
report # 13-0064.
