A Texas Tech Officer arrested a non-student for driving while license invalid,
following an observed traffic violation in the 700 Block of Joliet Avenue. The
non-student was transported to the Lubbock County Jail and issued 3 Lubbock
County Citations. See offense report #12-2121.
