A Texas Tech Officer arrested a non-student for assault (domestic violence) in
the Health Sciences Center Urology Clinic. A male non-student struck a
female non-student in the throat causing her pain. The male non-student was
transported to the Lubbock County Detention Facility. See offense report
# 12-2129.
