A Texas Tech Officer arrested a non-student for an outstanding Lubbock
County Sheriff Department warrant, subsequent to an observed traffic
violation in the 3700 block of 5th Street. The non-student was issued two
citations for traffic violations and was transported to the Lubbock County Jail
for the outstanding warrant. See incident report # 12-2021.
