A Texas Tech Officer arrested a non-student for three outstanding Lubbock
County warrants, following a traffic stop in the 3600 block of 5th Street. The
non-student was transported to the Lubbock County Detention Center. The
vehicle was released to a responsible person. See incident report #13-1582.
