SALTATE ET JUBILATE (SJ DANCE) - SUNDAYS BEGINNING JANUARY 22ND 2:30-4:30 We begin with 45 minutes of yoga taught by Dana Moore and then begin to move freely using simple dances and rhythmic patterns that let the “inner dancer” find expression and community. Using sacred music, the dancer is invited to find the connection between body, soul and spirit. Capitalizing on his dance and teaching experience from the past 30 years, Fr. Bob VerEecke S.J. has developed a way of dance that helps those who love to dance and want to make a connection with their spiritual journeys. SJ Dance is rooted in the Jesuit principle of Finding God in All Things. ($10.00 per class) Contact Jamie Huggins at blde.org or 617-552-6130 for more information.
